Service Descriptions

1. We provide In-A-Day delivery or Last Mile delivery to corporate customers, whom seek for delivery for urgent documents or items.
2. Absolute privacy and security as this is not a shared service.
3. Service does not include any manpower.
4. All Rates included 6% SST or any prevailing taxes.

Termination & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking must be made at least 90mins before the departure time.
2. Cancellation within 60 mins before the departure time, no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation within 90 mins before the departure time, 50% of the payment will be refund.
4. Service provider able to termination the service without refund if the actual pax or luggage exceeded the actual booking request. Acceptable only if it does not exceed the said vehicle capacity.
